When can I place an order?
The team store opens during specific ordering windows throughout the season. Orders must be placed during these dates in order to be included in the production run.
Why does the store only open during certain dates?
To keep production fast and organized, all orders are produced in bulk during scheduled production runs. This helps reduce delays and ensures everyone receives their gear at the same time.
When will I receive my order?
Orders will be delivered after the production window ends. All orders will be dropped off at the clubhouse for coaches to distribute to players.
Do I need to pick up my order?
No. Orders will be delivered directly to the team clubhouse, where coaches will hand them out to players.
Can I order after the store closes?
Unfortunately, no. Once the order window closes, production begins immediately, and additional orders cannot be added until the next store opening.
Can I exchange or return items?
Because all gear is custom produced for the team, returns or exchanges are generally not available unless there is a manufacturing defect.
